Payment Options

1. MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express via PayPal. Our secure shopping cart system facilitates this process.

2. Personal check or money order denominated in U.S. dollars. When a personal check is used for payment, there is a 7-10 day business hold on the merchandise before shipment is made. This is so we can verify clearance. Please email us to get your total  sales@bagsbybags.com

Return Policy
BagsByBags appreciates your business. If upon receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item  for a full refund, excluding shipping charges and PayPal fees.  To receive a refund, items must be returned within 15 days of the date of receipt of merchandise and in their original condition and packaging.

Please follow the procedure below to secure a refund:

1. Inform us of your intent to return the item by email.

2. Wrap package in original box and packing material.

3. Send package by FedEx, United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service with enough insurance to cover loss of merchandise. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.

Shipping

Continental U.S. -- $9.95 - Shipping/Insurance via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.

We will mail your package within 24-48 hours after purchase.  Overnight and Express shipping are available upon request for additional fees.

Refused or undeliverable shipments that are returned will be subject to a 20% or $25.00 re-stocking fee, whichever is greater, in addition to applicable shipping/transportation fees.

Products that are shipped outside the US may be subject to your country's taxes, tariffs, duties, and other such costs - in addition to your shipping costs. You are responsible for paying any such taxes, tariffs and customs when the product arrives in your country.
